About Us

The Management Information System (MIS) Office is a sub-unit under the Information Technology Resource Center which is in-charge of all institutional information systems. The MIS also takes care of the institution’s data center. It is located at the 2nd floor of the Immaculate Conception Building of the Father Selga Campus.

The UIC community can submit their requests for MIS services through the forms at the right side of this page. For further inquiries, the MIS Office can be contacted through (082) 221-8090 local 123 or through email at mis@uic.edu.ph.
